  It was packed very poorly so the box was partially cracked . The knobs were shown to be on the radio in the posting but when I received it both knobs were off the radio and broken . The knobs are what holds the radio in the dashboard so it could not be mounted . I asked the seller for a refund but she wouldn't agree to that so therefore I rate the deal as negative.
