  I did request a return because it appears that I needed a larger amp with additional channels. He contacted me directly after he received notification of the return. He was extremely understanding and helpful by offering me replacements that might suit my requirements. Regretfully I had purchased something from my audio installer around the same time so I had to pass. I highly recommend audio-deals for his great business acumen and respect.

  I ordered a used open box amp unfortunately the dealer message me stating that he was out of stock . With his generosity and compassion he has for his customers has he stated he send me a brand new amp I was so appreciative also I was on a tight budget he really did me a favor. I look forward doing business with Audio Dealer I will recommend this dealer to anyone . Excellent service and the item was shipped immediately and arrived on time.
