  I ordered a used open box amp unfortunately the dealer message me stating that he was out of stock . With his generosity and compassion he has for his customers has he stated he send me a brand new amp I was so appreciative also I was on a tight budget he really did me a favor.   This ds18 amp is awesome! DS18 is by far my favorite car audio company. The owner of this shop was amazing. He answered all my questions, gave me tips, and was overall just a really awesome guy. I highly highly recommend!
