Sent broken
This item came in and I thought it worked . Went on vacation with my newborn and tried it and this thing they sent was broken so my baby traveled with me 15 hrs to Florida with no warm bottle or warm water to clean the ones I had . So disgusted that someone would sell a broken product

Is this a joke , this item isn’t big enough for an adult to hold . This is a joke right - and you charged me for this thing I want an immediate refund !!!!!
Look at the pic this is the actual size of the item that was sent to me when I saw the box I though it was a jewelry box , when I opened it I was furious :(
