  This seller was a real gentleman, he shipped the item promptly and according to my instructions; then through no fault of the seller, USPS decided to play keep-away with my package, I contacted the seller, and he apologized for my inconvenience, promptly refunded my payment, and even went beyond the call of duty by telling me to keep the item at no charge if USPS ever manages to complete the delivery. This seller gets 5-stars for being a stand-up guy, even when he was not at fault.

  I can certainly understand delivery frustration but I do not control the postal system. As it is, they reported that my wife's college degree was delivered here today and it's nowhere to be found. To say the Postal System is increasingly screwed up, yep, I would agree. I am watching you package and hoping for the delivery of such a simple item.

  Thank you for the feedback. I do pride myself on packaging as I plan for worst case scenarios. Nothing worse than receiving your prize only to find it has been damaged or destroyed in transit. I've experienced that. Usually, it is from under-packing or not understanding the forces they may experience.
