Poor printed instructions
The pictorial wiring diagram packaged with the device was poor to the point of almost being incomprehensible. Other brands have much better printed instructions. Actually, the wiring diagram on the side of the device was the most helpful. If one purchases this device and does not know how to read a wiring diagram, I suggest one look up the instructions for a similar device on another brand with much clearer instructions and a much more comprehensible pictorial diagram.
Other than that, the device worked perfectly as described. Shipping was very quick and the device arrived in great condition. Will order again should the need arise.

Great buy
Installed and performed flawlessly. Took all of fifteen minutes total time. Note, the mirror is NOT designed to be taken apart for paintine, so those with factory painted mirror housings will just have to live with a black mirror housing on one side (or order two - one for each side).
