  Great communication, good service, fast shipper. Pleasant experience. Chair is as advertised. Good quality great price wouldn't be my go to chair for every occasion but decent light weight lounger im gonna sleep in it by the fire. If you are big it might not be comfortable. Overall I highly recommend the seller and the chair.

  Hello Jeff. This is for order #16-13017-60414. Both keys shipped are the same (correct) #, FiC3-P, but neither one works. They are slightly different than my 2 existing keys that do work. In the photo attachment, my key on the ring works but the key above that in the phot does not. The keys appear to be slightly different. Please help with this. I have not been able to send you any questions, eBay doesn't seem to allow that for this transaction. Please advise how you can help with this.
