Not bad for the price
I bought these to lower the volume of the music in spin class. They do lower the volume,while still being able to hear. What I didn't like was the fact that they stick out pretty far-my class is somewhat dark,so not a big issue, but I wouldn't use them everywhere . I have small ears and got the standard fit,maybe would have been better with youth size. I do also wear these when I vacuum.

Good products
I like this shampoo,but it is very difficult to find. It was a Good Housekeeping award winner. It's great for my highlighted hair. Even without the conditioner, it is very easy to comb hair after shampooing. These packets are nice for travel, too.
