Not very happy
While I was excited to receive this product, and it seemed to be of good quality, it charged quickly, and we used it one time with good results. Then both of the ceramic parts in the out-put ports broke off which results in the product being useless. so, no I am not satisfied with this product quality or value. A single incident I hope and since it was very reasonably priced a lesson cheaply learned.
