  High postage cost for a large second class stamp with reused packaging, I did message about this and got the reply that petrol cost is to be taken into consideration. Then after washing the item and ironing it, there is a hole under the right arm along the seam. Item ended up in the bin. Cannot be bothered to contact the seller again given the reply to my query regarding postage. Items need to be in a sellable condition.

  Particulars clearly stated item would be sent via courier/Royal Mail 2nd class. Item was sent (washed and ironed, packed in a new clean bag which was then placed in recycled packaging) via Royal Mail and arrived within 48 hours. Buyer objected to use of Royal Mail and requested partial refund. Request was declined and 7 days later, without any further contact/photographic evidence, buyer left feedback claiming item had a hole.
