Moves a lot of air
Looks cool, dust sealed motor, attaches to wall easy, very powerful ... that's all the good. Not so good... It's loud, low setting is 75 decibels, med setting is 78 decibels, and high setting was 82 decibels from 5 ft away not in the airflow. On the high setting it sounds like a car running in the garage. Here's a tip, throw away the cheeseball lag screws they include. If you find a socket to fits it (wasn't SAE or Metric ?) it will most likely snap the head off. And if you use the Phillips screw head it will strip under the slightest pressure. But... it's super powerful.

Great Item
Feels like a quality case. It's just flexible enough without being to squishy. Also protects well, dropped a few times and no issues.

Read before you buy
Let me start by saying I love GoPro OEM equipment. It's always well built, well thought out, but unfortunately way expensive. This is well built and sturdy and can be used for tons of other shots... BUT... it only opens up enough to attach to the headstock. Obviously this wasn't designed by a guitar player.
If you have ever filmed a guitar-mounted shot (which can look amazing) the camera needs to be mounted to the body facing the tuners or upper register of the frets for some blistering shredding. Shots from the headstock look lame... sorry IMO. I have a bunch of guitars.... not even my SG with the thinnest body of them all will work. It only opens to 1 1/4 inches.
What about the long arm ( 4 1/2 inches) it comes with.... won't that get the shot you might ask? No....you would need an arm aprox 22" to get a upper fretboard shot and then your GoPro would be bouncing around.
If you are going to use this for drums, horns, etc. it's probably fine. Without fabricating some other kind of assisting clamp this will only attach to the head of the guitar. Not the best shot.
