A bit of a ramble
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich Some of this is compelling but the majority is repetitive and rambling. Understandably the author is very bitter and vengeful about what happened to her daughter and I totally support her views on punishment. It just reads sometimes like a country lady's cookbook and the parts about her early life seem irrelevant. That sounds mean but it could be the way it's written. It just comes off as a bit on the boring side.

120 mins of my life I will never get back
0 von 2 finden das hilfreich OMG- Where do I start? Medieval type alien world meets lock stock and two smoking barrels. What a horror! The plot is vague and rambling between present and past. The characters are shallow and one dimensional with absolutely zero appeal. In fact, they are so flat I didn’t care what happened to any of them. The script was so bad that it was beyond help, as the actors struggled valiantly to dig it out of the mire. There were ill timed jokes inserted in obscure places that fell flat in their delivery, so much so that I felt embarrassed for the cast. It was a shame because I was really looking forward to what appeared on the outside to be a beautifully crafted remake of a much loved classic. I’m not sure if whoever came up with this car crash was on hallucinogenic drugs or not, but whatever the reason it was truly awful. No stars from me.

Great advice for beginners
I like this book. It has some great ideas in it for the backyard gardener. If you are new to the vege patch or an experienced gardener, you will find something in here to give you some ideas.
