Yummy in a bottle
It's an acquired taste, but marmite is delicious. Very healthy & a little bit goes a long way. Even w/no appetite, a bit on toast will soothe any tummy. It increases iron to make healthier blood.

Not a panacea but the next best thing
Getting the product from the container is a bit tricky but worth it. It smells & tastes like a melting rubber tire but there are work-arounds. A good-sized dollop melted into hot beef broth is my go-to but just swallowing whole a large pea-sized nodule works, too.
In five days of regular use, my chronic pain from spinal stenosis & arthritis went from 8.5-9 down to a manageable 4. After 2 weeks' of daily dose, pain stays between 2-3.
The resin isn't a panacea but it's the next best thing. Until elective surgery is available post-pandemic, using shilajit to manage my pain is a godsend.

Skin softening luxury
What an amazing product! After a few uses, a noticeable difference is felt. By three weeks of regular use, my skin is much softer. No odor, no stickiness and it dries very quickly once applied. I plan to keep it in Stock amongst my toiletries.
