Fabulous deal!
I got this tripod / monitor stand for an excellent price and the quality is excellent. It has thick and strong tripod legs, an adjustable upright stalk, and a nice adjustable mount for a monitor on top. It shouldn't have any problems with holding any flat-panel monitor within the rated specs based on the size and strength of the components. However, I'm not using it for it's advertised use. I rotated the adjustable monitor mount horizontally, and then attached a flat shelf to the monitor mount to create a laptop shelf. I use it to hold a laptop computer next to my bike trainer so I can view live interactive bike courses while pedaling my interactive bike trainer (Zwift software). It works great for my use and can be moved around the room with one hand so it's just in the right position for me to view from my bike. The stalk can be easily adjusted to just the right height. Highly recommended!
