It's good for energy . . . Not relaxing

Don't take too much as it is only your choice to take risks , and yes I have used ephedrine many times to raise my energy level for weight lifting , and still have some in my medicine box , this is just one review . . . .
You don't have to believe it , but at least someone cared enough to tell you , it won't make you relax. . . . But it will raise your blood pressure for a short time , and even make you sweat a little . . . . . .good luck . . . .
