Cheap knockoff
This pen is like a Rotting knockoff. The plastic cap insert that holds it on is cracked. I bought two from two different suppliers same problem. I glued the one I kept and it seems to fix it but the cap rattled and is loose when it’s closed. Not recommended.
On the positive side it does take the Parker style refill and can use a nice broad point

It seems to be well put together. Arrow is always a good bet. I've had arrow stapleguns for 40 years
