How low can you ho
Bought this for improving depth in sumo squat allowing greater hip mobility and strength excellent- start at 30cm take plastic plate or base whatever you want to call it off one at a time squat lower and so on till only top or left which is 4 inches so yeah works for me hope this is helpful can be used for step ups too but moves slightly anyway brilliant for my job

Solid mat great for stretching on jumping on kids love it
