Good, not great
I live alone and like to cook one meal a week and freeze all the extras in single serve containers. This way I have lunches and dinners I can pick from. This book had some great ideas and some not so great. I am on Weight Watchers and was looking for healthy, low fat options. These weren't as low calorie as I would have liked. I'm still in the beginning of the book, working my way through and added notes for what I would change., Hopefully it gets better.
