  Item is as described. USPS lost my item. Shipping was eBay standard delivery. I ordered the item on June 17th today is August 19, I have already been refunded the money for this item awhile ago. The seller had excellent communication. I would suggest not using eBay Standard delivery. I have had issues with using this shipping program quite frequently. I have spoken with Consumer affairs regarding the matter and it is a eBay/USPS problem that neither wants to talk to each other to fix the issue.
