  This item was purchased November 17th. By December USPS had missent this package 2 times. I filed a case with the post office which they closed after 2 days. I reached out to the seller and all communication seemed rude and dismissive. I should have been refunded sooner based on purchase and shipping date but instead I have been waiting until the last possible moment to recieve my refund. This is unacceptable seeing that package was insured and could have been handled in a better way

  Buyer's claim is simply dishonest. I have responded respectfully to all of the buyers inquiries, but she continues to demand a full refund while USPS is still tracking, with shipping delays during holidays and Covid, to a PO Box. Buyer refuses to wait any reasonable time for eBay's resolution protocols to reach a fair transaction. I have explained this to her multiple times, and still the comments above.
