No difference at all!
I took the entire bottle & noticed absolutely no difference.

I prefer the look of the straps cut off of them better.
I've read a lot of people say the straps r too tight, I personally didn't like the look of the straps so I was actually just planning on cutting them off when I first got them which is what I did & I like them better but that's just me. But it's also something u ladies can do if the straps don't fit u. They're very comfortable this way.
