  Item new as described and price was good with fast shipping. My only complaint is it came wrapped in old Amazon envelopes with very little protection for the toy. The manufactures packaging got crushed on edges and made item not in condition for gifting. (Toys pieces inside the were fine so we kept for personal use)

  This item was received in horrible condition. After contacting seller they tried to say the worn and ragged strap on the purse was somehow my fault when it was received in that condition. At every turn they were snarky, and attempted to avoid any responsibility and say the purse was new when it was not. Seller’s bad attitude was an unnecessary and not appreciated.

  The purse was new. The buyer used the purse then requested return but did not message me first. Would not reply to my messages to resolve. Continued to use the purse. Did not return until the last of the 30 day window. BEWARE OF THIS BUYER.
