  Package arrived with glass frame shattered. The seller used a FLEXABLE PARCEL BAG with bubble wrap to protect a GLASS framed picture. Apparently he didn't realize those were both flexible. I informed him of the situation, he said the glass frame only cost a dollar and I could buy another. I asked him to send me a replacement frame since it was only a dollar and he refused. Told me to send back the art work or deal with it. NEVER BUYING FROM AGAIN. NIGHTMARE SELLER. DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SHIP ART!

  After receiving the Statues poorly packed and severely damaged, the Seller assured me that the delivery was insured and told me to file a claim. FedEx denied my claim saying it was the obligation of the shipper. All requests for a reasonable settlement have been completely ignored.
