  Shop owner was wonderful, and her descriptions and photos of the vase were accurate and helpful in matching this to a vase I already had. This seller goes above and beyond in making sure that the buyers questions are promptly answered and ensuring that the packaging is is more than adequate for fragile pieces. I highly recommend this shop - she has many beautiful vintage and antique offerings.

  Shipping and packaging were great. Pen and pencil were included as a "bonus" as the item description only stated that the holder was available. The pen was defective, but I really only needed the holder and did not count on receiving the pen and pencil.

  There was no transaction, seller message me and said that the item was broke so she didn't feel comfortable sending it to me, and I thought that was very very nice, hopefully I can do business with this young lady again, cuz I know she is an A1 cellar, and I enjoyed the conversation with her.
