very good reference book
This is a fabulous book, full of history, techniques and helpful instructions and illustrations. I took it out of my local library, renewed it twice, and then just had to buy it. I got the best price on Ebay

Love this set
This is a great gift for a cook! Beautiful packaging/presentation and the shakers are fabulous. They look really elegant on the table, and they work just great.

happy to have this book
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I am replacing a copy I had when this book was first published.....many many years ago that got lost over the years. So happy to have the opportunity to replace it. It is very valuable today, just as it was then.
