  Guitar arrived late which was not the sellers fault. My only beef is that for the $150 shipping charge I paid, I would have hoped for expedited shipping. Beyond that, Item is in great condition as described and no complaints. Thank you much. Great seller A+

  Positive only because of prompt communication and shipping and refunded money. The Martin CEO 7 has binding that has or is separated. There is is about a 1mm gap around the waist of this guitar. The seller did accept the return. This binding issue was not reported before the sale. I specifically asked about any binding or bridge issues that have been discussed in the Unofficial Martin forum before buying. Only paid half of return shipping. Lost $240 with sale--hard and painful lesson.

  Numerous details undisclosed on condition. Poor and undisclosed repair history resulted in work needed. Martin service recommended return. Seller communication post sale was dismissive. Paperwork for different instrument was included. While all could be oversights it amounted to too much, and the scenario felt wrong. Seller quickly encouraged return over service. In the end a loss of time and fuel for a sale that wouldn’t have occurred had seller been forthright to begin.
