  Unfortunately Blue Boy figurine didn’t make it to me in one piece. It was horrible to say the least. Fortunately, the other items were intact. I reached out to Louise to let her know about the broken piece and sent her the pictures and she promptly responded and offered to resolve issue caused by the delivery service by refunding shipping cost on the same day, which is beyond what I expected. What a great seller. Turned a negative experience into a positive one!
