Information given me about tracking did not match tracking information at Royal Mail level. The garment had been extensively altered by top-stitching seams with domestic sewing machine zigzags. The seller offered a FULL REFUND despite her policy of not accepting returns and then made only a PARTIAL refund even though I had paid the return postage. No further two -way comms. after this.
