  Tenda units in excellent condition, well packed, worked straight out the box. Sadly courier was yodel just awful, despite email out for delivery, they failed to deliver, came 2 days later, just an awful courier!!

  The item was broken when it arrived - bent metal casing and the plastic fob was broken. Dispatch was slow and the packaging used to send it completely inadequate for sending a fragile item. The only good thing about the experience was eBay issuing a quick refund. I’d advise anyone to avoid this seller

  Despatch was per the listing and a quick glance will confirm that I often receive positive feedback for the quality of my packaging. Contrary to the buyer's claim, these dongles are tough for their size and it takes a pretty catastrophic event - e.g. caught in machinery or a deliberate act - to damage them in the way that he describes.It is a shame that the buyer did not discuss the issues with me before leaving such unnecessarily strong feedback. A claim on the courier would be more sensible.
