The correct plugs in each end and the cable works.

And this product seems to work without hiccups.

A nice no frills adapter for 3 connector minijack to double 2 connector.
What you need to go from a standard 3 connector combined mic/headset to a double 2 connector minijack, which is the most common in desktop computers. Works as expected and looks good.

Reusable filter that does what it says
Pros: Just as good as expected. Thin but sturdy. Holes small enough to filter properly.
Cons: Nothing special, it could perhaps be a little tighter fit, but it does not affect the good result.
