Our slides to digitals
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Product exceeds expectations. Photo rendition is of high quality and clarity. I was pleasantly surprised because of past bad experiences with products claiming to provide true reproductions.
I found the software accompanying this product cumbersome. The user's manual did not accurately reflect the process, thus installing the program was by considerable trial and error. In fact I had a computer expert do the installation.
On four occasions the slides have "jammed" and I had an extremely difficult time getting them out of the machine. There was no troubleshooting instructions with the user's manual as how to "unjam" the slides.
Also, I was not able to use the current Photoshop Elements 13 and needed to revert to Photoshop Elements 12. Thankfully that disc was provided by the seller.
