Rich brown sauce
I searched for bead sauce after finding an old recipe posted online for chow mein from a popular no longer in business restaurant. I was so excited to find it on ebay. It melted into the sauce changing the color to the rich brown sauce i remembered. It added that flavor it needed.
It is a great value because I don't use a lot for great results. I will definitely order more when I run out.
