A good value
They are clean, functional, and arrived on time

Almost but not quite
The maps portion worked just fine and it alone is worth the price I paid for it. But the so-called GPS locater would not. It would have been a nice bonus but is not compatible with Windows 10, a disappointment but overall am quite pleased with the program.
