  When the frame arrived it didn’t match the description, seller had attempted to improve it by touching up the known scratches & scrapes expected in a 2nd hand frame (was also pointed out in the original description & pictures) however the frame had carefully wrapped in protective bubble wrap before the touch up spray had fully cured and therefore left impressions in the paintwork. On receipt the seller was contacted he apologised and offered a full refund and covered the return postage.

  Item was not ideally packaged (see photo) and did not come with some parts that were displayed in the photos (and it was not called out that certain items were excluded from the sale). This may have come about due to the seller offering the item at a reduced offer price but I can't confirm. Happily, a local composite expert was able to confirm no structural damage to the frame when I asked them to carry out a report. The seller did offer a refund as an option.

  Great seller and respiding kindly to a quiries, all unit received for my SL7 is in great condition and 101% accurate as per the description.. well packed box and complete accesories. Will definetly purchased again with them. And I highly recomended them.. cheers!!

  Epic - the frameset was in immaculate condition and shipped in a huge box within 48hours. Bubble wrapped professionally and if I’m honest - I’ve had packages from Wiggle turn up with less protection. Proper seller and proper products 10/10
