  The bulbs weren't described correctly. The seller wasn't responsive or helpful or apologetic. In fact he sent me a snarky and obnoxious message. He prolonged the ordeal by ignoring the official complaint. Awful.

  The listing inadvertently stated Philips "Hue white ambiance," and buyer received Philips "Hue white bulb" at $12 each. It is understandable to be upset when you believe you had purchased bulbs normally found on eBay at $30 each for $12 and then find out you have not. The snarky exchange: Seller: "How much refund would you like?" Buyer: " I don't think you can give a big enough discount for me to keep these." Seller: "You got it & you can invoice us for your time wasted."
