Simple Remote / Complicated Programming Instructions
Great, simple TV remote alternative for a senior with dementia. Programming the remote is fairly easy, BUT we’re still adjusting the settings on the TV and cable box to make it completely compatible. There are lots of “how to” articles on the Flipper website and lots of video tutorials on YouTube, but I haven’t been able to find a customer service phone number.
