Impressed with the quality of this little tripod

I've had my D810 and 24-70 f/2.8 lens on this and it seems pretty stable. Overall I'm impressed with the quality of this little tripod for the price. It won't replace my big 3 series Gitzo but then, that's not why I bought it. This one will fit easily into a carry on piece of luggage and I'll be able to take a tripod where before I wouldn't have been able to. My only gripe is that to turn the tripod into a monopod you have to keep track of the extra bolt that allows the center column to the leg. It seems like with a little more engineering thought this would have been an unnecessary part. As it is it will probably get lost in my camera bag.
