Set screw drilled/tapped crooked?
This may be luck of the draw but...As I indicated in the title, the set screw contacts the flag pole on an angle minimizing screw/pole contact and possibly resulting in shorter life of my flag pole. I may have to drill/tap another hole in it. Otherwise it appears to be just what I was looking for.

Looks like good quality
Light but thick walled. Fit my aluminum frame perfectly.

Perfect fit for a 1/4" - 5/16" flag pole. The edges aren't hemmed so I don't know how it will hold up to fast driving. The flag itself is a reasonable price for being made in the US though I felt the shipping charges could have been half what I payed. Overall still cheaper (time/money) then I could make myself. Fair trade.....Good deal.
