excellent movie!
Excellent and dark movie. Makes one think about the world we live in and where it might go in the future. LOVE Snake Plissken - love his sarcasm and how he gives it his all despite his circumstances. He's my fave anti-hero and I'm glad to add this one to my collection along with EFLA!

LOVE this movie!!
This is Kurt Russell at his best and in my eyes mixing a little action, a little humor, and a lot of sarcasm rolled into one. I loved the character of Snake in the original but regardless of how this movie might otherwise be chastised for being too much like the original, I loved Snake even better in this one. He's older, wiser, and still my fave anti-hero! View this movie in a different light - I've seen some call it a satire and when viewed that way, it makes much more sense. I don't mind the borrowed antics from the first film - here, I think Kurt takes Snake to another level when you look at him as a more mature Snake whose even more annoyed with the world he's living in.

Beautiful. Seductive. Unique.
if you love vampires, this is a must. Sexy, tongue-in-cheek, and unique. This film is like a 'day in the life' of two vampire lovers - one dark, the other light. You have never seen vampires quite like these ! Step aside, Edward! Tom Hiddleston is a sexy brooding musician and Tilda Swinton seems to float on air with her grace. Together, they have a truly beautiful bond despite the many centuries together and even when oceans apart.
