I like it better than a plate stick on rest
Actually this is a newer knock-off of a vintage rest that's no longer made which looks the same but was made out of a compressed felt material. For those who want to stay as close to 'shooting of the shelf bare stick traditional, this beats a rug as it has less friction and pressure on the natural flight of the arrow off the riser and doesn't even need a side plate. Just make sure you don't place it completely against the side of the riser For optimal 'bump up' minimalization. Because you need to leave a slight 2mm gap for the bottom fletch to 'groove' into as it slides through the shelf. Also make sure you don't stick it on backwards. Looking at it across the top from front to back, you'll notice an angle to the top which should can't downward toward the plate side to help keep the arrow from slipping off sideways. Also make sure you place it correctly on the shelf. It should be right over grip measuring point for brace height. And not too far forward. All bows are slightly different. Sometimes it's further back or more forward. Usually about the middle, or the highest point of the curve of the self will work if you're not sure.

Certainly nicer than the all plastic bridges.
Both the appearance and quality is much better than similar plastic bridges and for not really that much more in price it is well worth the extra cost.

'hot' bargain for super cool peppers!
I was skeptical at first at the size these were supposed to achieve, so i tried a couple seeds inside and was really impressed. These are good tasting and large enough to make a single pepper into an inexpensive stuffed 'burrito' type meal simply by slicing length-wise and inserting rice/onions/potatos/beans, etc.! I would recommend these in any garden.
