Great book so far and is very concise.

Blast from the past
I wasn't expecting the game to have good graphics or to be compelling. It was game that I played a lot "back in the day" and loved it.

Overall it is a good beginner text.
I was hoping that it would have detailed workout routines.
It is a good comparison to Olympic Musclebuilders which he wrote about 3 years before this book.
