Just what I needed
This was exactly what I needed for a 1978 Trans AM. All of the other sites say they fit, including OER, but none could tell me the actual dimensions. I purchased the OER one and it fits but was too short. This would throw off the fenders and hood, making it difficult to get correct gaps. The thicker part of the bushing matches up very close to the original bushing. Thank you for writing the dimensions on the site.

Does NOT fit , not even close
the headlight grills did not fit. The left hand one was close to a 1/2" to small from bottom to top. Now there seems to be a concern in returning the item. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM, you will be sorry.
