Amazingly HEAVY DUTY stands - extremely well made.
35+ years of playing drum, literally dozens of kits & hundreds of stands later, these are easily the most heavy duty stands I've ever purchased. They are HEAVY, solid, great looking and full size toms hang from them very well up to 14"x14". Roland is cool but I'm kind of shocked how well made these are and I'll be replacing all of my stands with these soon. A nice additional bonus is the oversized feet on these - they are air filled and reduce ~50 of the impact noise going into the floor. This is huge for hardwood floors with mics everywhere but I can also see it being an important factor when playing upstairs from a neighbor.
