  1. I paid this seller for a 90th Birthday Card for my Dad back on April 17, over 2-1/2 weeks ago; 2. I specifically requested that Seller timely ship by April 30; 3. But as of May 4, I have NOT received ANY card because Seller NEVER BOTHERED TO SHIP it; 4. After several inquiries, Seller agreed to actually ship the card; 5. But then Seller quickly RENEGED and issued a refund instead; 6. This seller acted UNPROFESSIONALLY & his/her THOUGHTLESSNESS decisively ruined a milestone 90th Birthday.
