Solidly built item but shipping and packaging was really, really bad
Well made product but the shipping / packaging was ridiculously bad. The rack was put in a thin cardboard box with no other protection period. No protection whatsoever on the ends of the item inside the box so naturally it and the box was damaged ..... no surprise at all...... and when I notified them that it was damaged their solution was send it back with no offer of a replacement after I offered to keep it despite the damage. Very odd that they would rather pay for the return shipping when I did not even want to send it back. Do I need to box it up?.... they did not say. They did not bother to protect it so it was damaged anyway so do I need to go thru the trouble of packing this thing properly after all it is already damaged, this it nuts. I would have just sprayed it with some touch up paint if they offered a small credit or whatever.

Best Red Wings I ever had no contest !!
Amazing comfort. These are the best fitting red wings I have ever worn. If I could buy 2 more pairs I would do it right now at this price. Great deal thanks to Ebay. Love them big big time. I just waterproofed them with Snoseal Beeswax
