  The item was correct and packaged with care, but unfortunately arrived damaged. No fault of the seller, the mail carrier must have shaken and thrown it around carelessly due to the light weight. When I brought this to their attention, they were INCREDIBLY understanding and gracious. We came to an agreement of a partial refund for me to keep and attempt to repair the item. I'm very happy with the shops service despite the situation.
