Hits the Nail On the Head!
I have not read the book in its entirety, however, what I have read, provides great insight into different situations. The content gently nudges a person to think about their actions and reactions. I highly recommend the book!

STATIN THERAPY...BIG PHARMA'S CASH COW...
I am not done reading the book yet. However, the part of the book that I have read thus far, I have found to be very informative and eye-opening. I had reservations about statin therapy before starting to read the book. Now that I am reading the book, I have come to realize that my reservations about statins are warranted...especially for females. The book is well written and easy to understand. It is a must read for those who are currently on statin therapy, and for those whose doctors are trying to start them on statin therapy. Unless your cholesterol numbers are off the charts and you can't get them down, my suggestion is to try other alternatives to reduce your cholesterol before starting statin therapy. Don't take what the doctors say about statins as gospel. Statin therapy is NOT for everyone! Do your research!! If you don't read any other book relating to reducing your cholesterol, I suggest reading this one!
