Restoration must have

This kit is very well made. I watched the tutorial video for it, and my old Joe was restrung in a matter of minutes. I would have liked to see all new replacement hardware included in this kit though. The shoulder hooks I have are very old and worn out, I had to make new ones myself.

Clone batteries, not factory original!

These are not factory surefire batteries. They come packaged in a box that has the look and texture of a scan of the original package. The batteries work, but are not Surefire brand batteries. They are covered in a plastic heat shrink made to look like the genuine item. Another unfortunate clone of a surefire product. Pay the extra and get good reliable batteries from an authorized dealer.

Perfect replacement

I bought this to replace a lost thread protector for a Mossberg MVP varmint rifle. It fits perfectly, is the correct length and outer diameter. Finish is excellent and the knurling is on par with similar parts that cost a lot more. I would recommend this to others.
