  I tried to work this out with the seller because the item was not packed properly and it was damaged in several spots. The cardboard it was packed in was paper thin and can be bent just by holding it. I offered to even pay more before it was shipped and they assured me it would be no need for more money, well it wasn’t I now have a damaged record and a seller who is blaming the post office for their lack of packaging properly. I only wanted a partial refund!

  the record was well packaged. the buyer refuses to make a claim with the post office. It was wrapped in bubble wrap, cardboard placed on each side, and all placed in a box. If the buyer wants to return the item he is free to do so.
