MINOR SCRATCHES?????????????????/

I don't mind buying a product that is used or a bit WORN OUT ... But this says minor scratches on listing, I just received item FRIDAY 10-23-2015 AT 3:15 Chicago Illinois time and it don't have scratches it is gouged all over the screen and when I say all over I mean ALL OVER!!! and not just the screen but the black casing on the front on top of screen.... in the picture shown in this add THE #4 PIC I Believe it says look for example it shows one gouge top lest this it thrashed all over I am beyond mad I sat in front of computer for 3 hrs deciding on going with this or a new 7" $104 one on Amazon I stared at that pic of screen scratch for hours and decided it wasn't that bad THIS IS BAD!!!! and I cant evev see how pic look because it don't come with charger. and that fine as it said it doesn't come with one but looking at this not being able to even test it is making me livid!!! it looks NOTHING like the one shown in add NOTHING!!!!!! GOUGES ALL OVER GOUGES!!!! ON I MEAN IT LOOKS LIKE I HAVE A WHITE CAT AND IT SHED ALL OVER THE SCREEN!!!! HOW CAN YOU SELL THESE !!!! UNREAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
